| Today (1 Sept 03) Mig-21 Lancer aircraft from Romania, along with fighter aircraft from other nations, arrived to support the Partnership for Peace Exercise Cooperative Key 03 at Graf Ignatievo Air Base, Bulgaria, which will take place here from 1-13 Sept 03. The purpose of Cooperative Key is to promote dialogue between NATO and partner nations in conducting peace support operations. This year's exercise focuses on Peace Enforcement.
